A flexible total concept
Building plot -We are gladly to help you in choosing a suitable building site. You can choose from the plots that we can offer you. But if you want to look for a suitable building plot yourself this is not a problem.
Type of Villa -If the building site is chosen, you can choose from no less than 5 different type of villas. Every type of villa offers you several options in implementation. We build your villa to the point of yield you would like it to be.
Implementing- Your dream villa is built under the supervision of a Dutch constructer. If you want, after completing your villa, we can take care off the management and/or renting out your property.

Villa Tinggi is despite its simple design, a villa with the appearance of a full house in the tropics.
