Entering the plot immediately you will notice the perfect lay out of the property.
On the right hand side are the daily staff quarters with laundry and parking garage for two cars.
On the left hand side is the guesthouse, build in the same modern style as the main building and this guesthouse consists out of three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
A nice covered terrace in front of the rooms and a private pool for this guesthouse.

Another room is now in use as an office.
The master bedroom is spacious and luxurious, connected with a seperate dressing room and of course a comfortable bathroom with all the convenience that a modern bathroom should have.
The other two bedrooms are also en-suited and ofcourse all the bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioner.
The kitchen is accessible from the inside living as well as from the outside covered walkway.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
Next to the kitchen is am pantry for storage.
The indoor living is directly connected with the huge covered terrace by big sliding doors, living in the tropics is mostly done outside and the indoor living is used for in the evening to watch television.
Enjoying and relaxation is done at the terrace,at the left a big dining table and at the right a rattan settee.
To complete this magnificent villa of course there is the big swimming pool, where you can do your laps or just have a refreshing swim.
But the everlasting view at the sea and the island of Java gives this villa its extra dimension.
Beware that the world is bigger than you can imagine but the place from where you enjoy this view is yours.
