Located in a small Balinese village Sembiran in the North of Bali, about 25 min from Singaraja.
The two storey fully furnished house is set in a wonderful and well maintained garden, the property itself is surrounded by coconut trees.
The house area is 162 m2 but the total floor plan is 300 m2, and “living” happens on the large terrace overlooking the garden with direct view on the Bali sea which is right in front of the house.
The open design provides a cool sea breeze through the house all day and during night time, at night the nice mountain breeze makes
it possible to sleep without airco. There is a good micro climate there, usually more sunny than in the South, and dryer during the rainy season.
There is parking in front of the house and a built-in garage. On the ground floor there is a very large kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious terrace and two storerooms. It is possible to modify these spaces into extra bedrooms if needed.

On the second floor there are two spacious bedroom (24 m2) one bathroom (12 m2). The living room is on the large terrace (70 m2) with a
grand view on the sea and the garden. In the middle is a kitchen with “mobile” cooking place (in case cooking takes place outside).
Right next to the beach is a pavillon with a massage table, perfect to relax by the sound of the waves…
Also in the garden is a newly build meditation and yoga temple (25 m2) of pentagonal shape (floor and walls) build with bamboo and coconut. It has a small terrace next to the fishpond and is build according to sacred geometry. It’s a flower shop and wonderfully peaceful.
The garden has 255 species of plants. It invites you to go for a stroll to enjoy the variety of plants, shrubs and trees. The climbing plants, pot plants and the epiphytes like ferns and orchids complete the garden. An outside shower is hidden behind a bamboo wall, a small enclosure awaits new chickens.
In the neighborhood you can go for a walk on the beach and on the many narrow paths. It’s the best ways to get acquainted with the people of the village, the fishermen and their outrigger canoes and the farmers ploughing the fields or climbing that coconut palms to gather the coconuts.
On their fields the grow corn, beans, sweet potatoes, pineapples, peanuts and all kind of fruiteries.
