Tradition meets contemporary, modern design mix with ethnic style design This unique designer property stands minutes from the exotic black-sand beach in Bali’s Tabanan area – far from noisy tourist spots.
The villa features one-of-a-kind artifacts from all over the planet: meticulous wood carving from Timor and Bali, copper and bronze lamps from Morocco, antique furniture from Java and China.
Your private garden is filled with fruit trees, providing a truly tropical feeling. The pool is roofed for extra privacy during traditional spa treatments and healing practices. The property is surrounded by endless rice fields, emerald-green in the morning, orange or violet at sunset.
The villa consists of various buildings.
After entering, you will find the living space on your left side. This building is having an open frontage. If wanted, you can easily close this by a glass sliding door. This living area consists of a lounge area, dining and small kitchen.
Opposite of the living area you will find the next building. This building is offering space to 2 bedrooms. Your attention will be drawn to the very nice wood crafted walls. It looks like the walls are open but a glass panel is covering the rooms, which makes it possible to have an AC running in it. Of course is each room having its own en-suite bathroom. This building has been made of red wood (keruwing) and finished with an iron wood roof.
Between the bedrooms and the living area you will find the covered swimming pool.
The villa is situated about 300 meters away from the beach and is currently part of a small resort. The owners are willing to sell this villa separately.
The villa is located in Pasut, Tabanan. It will take about 1.5 hour from the airport to get here. The famous temple of Tanah Lot is about half an hour away from the villa. In the near surroundings you only will find some local shops and warungs. Nearest bigger city will be Kerambitan which is about 10 minutes driving away from the villa. Here you will find a larger market and some small convenience shops.
