Our listing procedure is as follows:

 

  • After initial contact with us, you have received the link of this page, next step is to follow this link: Listing form features villa/house. This link will lead you to our features list to be filled out by you and send it to us.
  • In case of land you offer for sale: Listing form specifications land.
  • On this page you also find our Terms and Conditions to list with us, please download this and read it.
  • After we received the data we make an appointment with you to visit the villa/house or land on offer for sale, our listing/intake team will come by to get familiar with the property, location, surroundings, make pictures and of course to become acquainted with you as seller/owner.

 

However we ask you to prepare for us and hand over, during the intake, the copies of:

  • The land certificate(s).
  • The building permit (IMB).
  • Nominee security documents (in case of freehold).
  • Leasehold contracts (in case of leasehold).
  • Prove of payments of the annual land and building tax (PBB).
  • Prove of payment of the construction tax (if present).

In case of land on offer for sale, we ask copies of:

  • Land certificate(s).
  • Nominee security documents (in case of freehold).
  • Leasehold contracts (in case of leasehold).
  • Prove of payments of the annual land and building tax (PBB).

Why would we like to have copies of these documents:

We would have to like hard copies of these documents to use it, to close a possible deal as soon as possible at the notary office after an agreement between all parties and not waste valuable time to set up a binding agreement at the notary office or waste time while gathering these documents. With copies a binding agreement can be drawn up. It has been proven that many times potential buyers only stay a short period in Bali.

 

You can imagine that we waste valuable time after there is an agreement upon a deal and it takes days to gather all the needed documents to present to the notary. With copies a binding agreement can be made.
